Ruby Stuart, 86, passed away January 10, 2023. She was born in Akron to the late James and Lenore (Bass) Wood and was a Springfield High School graduate. She worked as an STNA for Akron City Hospital and Edwin Shaw, was a member of the Red Hat Society the Assembly of God..
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Ruth; brother, Manson; and an infant brother. She is survived by her son, Rick Mohler; grandson, Ian; ex-daughter-in-law, Michelle (Rick) Frame; and nieces and nephews, Candi, Charlene, Pam, Darlene, Sandi, Terry and RubiFaye.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 12 noon at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home and Chapel, 760 E. Market St., Akron, OH 44305.
