Shelly (Melton) Kebede, 54, passed away June 10, 2015. Born in Akron to the late Ralph and Kay (Speelman) Melton, she resided in the Akron area most of her life. A longtime employee of Step 2, Shelley enjoyed cooking and loved being with her family.
Preceded in death by sister, Lavonne Strickland, she will be sadly missed by her brother, Greg Melton; nephews, Brandon and Chris Strickland; several loving aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Friends may call between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2015 at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home & Chapel, 760 E. Market St., where the funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park.
