Stuart Ross “Stu” Soulsby died unexpectedly in his home on June 16, 2016 in Newton Falls, Ohio at the age of 76.
Stu is survived by his Son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Tracy; his companion of many years, Sharon Hawkins; and many cousins and friends.
Stu was born on Oct 17, 1939 in Akron, Ohio and was a jack of all trades who could fix anything. He worked most of his life in the construction trades as an independent contractor in residential and commercial construction, and in many locations, including Ohio, Florida, Texas, and Virginia. Stu was a life-long lover of country music, and an especially big fan of Willie Nelson. Always fun to be around and the life of the party, he will be remembered for his smile and laugh.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
