Theodora (Teddy) Rathbun, 84, passed away November 27, 2010. Born in Akron, she lived most of her life in Cuyahoga Falls. For many years Mrs. Rathbun attended Trinity United Church of Christ and Pilgrim United Church of Christ. Teddy retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. with many years of service as a secretary in the Tire Application Department.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Donald, in 2001. She is survived by her daughter, Dianna L. Cubbins; and grandsons, Andrew S. Brown and Christopher R. Brown.
The funeral service will be Thursday, December 2, 2010, at 1:00 p.m., at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 E. Market St. Interment Chestnut Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 1, from 2 to 4 p.m.
