William F. Clevenger Jr.

William F. Clevenger Jr., 57, passed away April 18, 2025. He was born in Akron to the late William F. Sr. and Sylvia Clevenger and was a 1986 St. Vincent St. Mary graduate. While at St. V, he earned All State honors as a tight end and continued his football playing career at Youngstown State University.

Billy loved keeping tabs on all St. V sports and local kids’ athletic successes, and he was an avid Buckeyes, Browns, Cavs and Tribe fan (never the Guardians, always the Tribe!). He was a humble and low key guy who adored his parents and was a great friend to others. He was loved by everyone and will be deeply missed, especially by his brother Matt.

In addition to his parents, he joins in heaven the love of his life for 20 years, Jeri-Lynn Anderson. He is survived by his brother, Matthew; sister, Stacy (Juan) Aguilar; nephew and niece, Daniel and Sophia; other loving relatives and countless friends.
