Mr. Koleta was a disabled Vietnam veteran, and was awarded the Purple Heart Medal for wounds received in action. Bill was an avid fisherman and a gifted artist.
Military Honors and interment will be held at the National Veterans Cemetery in Rittman Ohio, at 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 6, 2013.
