William “Red” Ostrowske. Sunrise September 24, 1925 – Sunset June 3, 2014. He was a US Navy Veteran of WWII and a proud Teamsters Union leader. “Red” graduated from East High School in 1944.
Preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Alberta (Ford) in 2005, his brother Robert and his infant grandson, Brian Kasunic. He is survived by daughters; Anita (Mark) Kasunic and Joann (Jim) Davis, his caretaker. Other survivors include 5 grandsons, 9 great-grandchildren and sister, Joanna (Roy) Wells.
The family will receive friends Friday, June 6, 2014 from 11a.m. to 1p.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home, 760 E. Market St. Private burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
