Barbara Starcher, 77, passed away October 18, 2023. She was born in Akron to the late Edward and Juanita (Whitecotton) Cottle and worked for the former Bank One (now Chase Bank).
Barbara is survived by her son, John (Shawnee) Syx; grandson, John Michael; cousins, Linda (John) Hodge, Nancy Rife, Bill Cottle, Dr. Rebecca Andaloro, Karen (Gary) Foster and James (Kathy) Cottle; and special friend, Angela (Bob) Miller.
