Lisa L. Grose

Lisa L. “Weasel” Grose, 45, passed away March 27, 2020. She was born in Barberton, OH, was a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved the color purple. She also had a love for cats and unicorns, country music and anything that had to do with teddy bears.  Although a bit of a firecracker sometimes, she loved helping people whenever she could. She will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her infant sister, Cynthia Jane; her mother, Cheryl Howard; grandparents, Bernice and Truman Howard, Alonzo Nicholls and Doris and John Bonnett; and mother-and-father-in-law, James and Linda Knisely. She is survived by her father, John Howard; sons, Quinten Howard Sr. and Jeremy Grose; grandchildren, Chloe, Quinten Jr., Alex, Kam’bree and Raelynn; siblings, Mark Nicholls, Stacy (Charles) Lopp and Heather (Tom) Chadwell; fiancée, James “Papa Bear” Campbell; ex-husband and good friend, Frederick Grose; Aunt Shirley and (Larry) Ashcraft and Uncle Dennis and (Margaret) Nicholls; and a host of and many loving relatives and friends.

A private graveside service will be held at Campbell Cemetery in Mount Vernon, OH and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Lisa to the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home, 760 E. Market St., Akron, OH 44305 to assist with funeral related expenses.
