BILL, BOBBY, SHELLIE,TAYLOR NORA, HALEY AND JACOB.  I KNOW IT HAS TAKEN SO LONG FOR ME TO WRITE THIS AND I AM SORRY FOR THAT.  I'M SURE YOU ALL KNOW THAT CINDY WAS MUCH MORE THAN AN EMPLOYEE,  SHE BECAME ONE OF MY GOOD FRIENDS......NOT ONLY ME BUT OUR WHOLE FAMILY.  SHE EVEN MANAGED TO WORK HER WAY INTO MY FATHER'S HEART, WHICH WAS NO EASY FEAT.  IT IS SO HARD TO IMAGINE WALKING INTO LUIGI'S AND NOT SEEING HER THERE, NOT HEARING HER VOICE ON THE PHONE, NOT FEELING HER HUGS.  I WILL MISS HER TILL I SEE HER IN HEAVEN.  GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

M- your mom was truly one of a (special) kind.
Loved her phone calls....just called to say  hi, bitch a little and tell me she was F--------Ducky! Always had humor and laughter in her voice.
She loved her family, Mickey and Luigi's and took great care of all three.
My sympathy to you....Becky

I am one of Cynthia's first cousins and have many fond memories of our childhood times together with her and her family members. I am so sorry for your loss and only wish we had stayed close throughout the years.

I have been truly blessed to get to know Cindy over the last 9 years. She always made me laugh every time I visited with her! As a vendor, I can certainly attest to the fact that she ALWAYS had the best interest of Luigi's in mind!!! I have so many GREAT memories of stories she shared with me that still make me smile!!! Especially her love of Spiders & Snakes - two of the things I will run from in a split second. :) My Deepest Condolences

Dear Bill, Bobby,Michelle; Your wife and mother was my best friend for 46 years. I will miss her very much as i'm sure you will too. She always talked about  all of you . We had so many good times together in life, work, and home. I will miss my best friend dearly. To my friend Cindy, Since you are gone I will release and let you go. I won't tie myself to you with tears, I am so happy we had so many years. I gave you my friendship you can only guess, how much you gave me in happiness. I thank you for all the love you shared, but now it's time i travel alone. I will grieve for a while if I must, but I am comforted because of your trust. Only for a while we must part, I will bless the memories in my heart. I won't be far away for life goes on, though i can't see or hear you I'll be near, all of my love will be around you soft and clear. Love Your Friend Sandy

Bob, and Michelle I am so sorry for your loss.  Your mom was one of a kind and I truly enjoyed spending many years working for your mom and also spending time with the whole family.  I appreciated everything your mom did for me and for treating me like part of the family.  I hope both your families are doing well and God Bless.

Dear Mr. Buchanan, Michelle and family,
We're very sorry to hear of Cindy's passing. We've done business now for several years. We respected Cindy's single minded devotion to quality. Luigi's has very high standards and Cindy was a champion at keeping vendors and their employees in line and never compromised. We are a better company and better people having worked with Cindy and look forward to maintaining these standards with Michelle. God bless you all. We're grateful for our relationship with your family.

Sincerely,
Jim Barkett and all of us at Barkett Fruit Company.
